Privacy policy

This page explains what Good Vibe Gallery ("we") collects through good-vibe.dallal.me, why, who helps us handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect very little, so it is short.

What we collect

• When you send us an enquiry. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about.
• When you email or call us. We keep the email or a note of the call, for the same reason.
• Technical logs. Like every website, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use them to identify you.
• Analytics. This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of service providers, only to run this website and answer you:

• Vercel hosts this website and its technical logs.
• Resend delivers the emails the contact form sends: your enquiry to us, and a copy of it to you.
• Google - each enquiry is also added to a private spreadsheet in our Google account, so we can keep track of who we have replied to.
• If the contact form shows a "verify you are human" check, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being sent by a person and not a spam program.

Each of these providers handles your information under its own privacy policy and only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and our replies for two years after our last conversation, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep the records our contract and the law require.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Call 503-303-7143 or write to us through the contact page. We will answer within 30 days, and there is no charge.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or who helps us, we will update this page and the date at the top.
