Proposal by Amir Dallal
This preview is built from your own logo, words, colours, hours, artists and opening. It shows what goodvibegallery.com could be: a home for the art, the makers, the workshops and the people who come through the door.
Everything marked Sample is a stand-in until your own work, prices and events go in. Nothing here is live or for sale yet: Buy and Book a seat only show how checkout would work.
Take the tour
Every page below is live on this preview. Open it on your phone: that is where most of your visitors will meet it.
A home page that says what's onYour own line as the headline, then this week's workshops, music and openings, new work on the wall, your founder and your hours./
Art with plain prices and filtersFilter by medium, price, artist or what is available today. Sold pieces keep their red dot, so the wall shows that art sells here./art
Workshops with Book a seatEvery event has its date, seat price and places, and steps down by itself once it is over./events
Explore the wallOn a computer, every work floats on one endless wall you can drag around. Phones get a fast, clean grid instead./explore
Visit, with your hoursYour address, map link, phone, email and Wednesday to Sunday hours, on every page, not only on an Instagram flyer./visit
What changes from today
Your current site got the word out for the opening. Here is what a visitor meets there today, and what this site does instead.
TodayOregonLive / The Oregonian has written about the gallery, and a reader who looks it up lands on a site that says "under construction".
InsteadThey land on the gallery itself: the art, the artists, what is on and how to visit.
TodayThe home page still says "Save the Date! Saturday October 10th 6-9pm".
InsteadPast events step down by themselves, and what is coming up leads the page.
Today"Shop" in the menu leads back to the home page, and /shop is a 404, so a visitor who wants to buy cannot.
InsteadShop is a shop, and every original has a price, Inquire, or a Sold dot.
TodayAll six social icons point at the networks' own home pages, not at @goodvibegallery.
InsteadInstagram goes to you, from every page.
TodayThe site says "WEBSITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION" and "ARTIST ROSTER COMING SOON".
InsteadThe roster is live, with a page for every artist and their work.
TodayOn a 390 px phone, the headline breaks in the middle of a word: "Creati / vity".
InsteadThe headline is set for phones first, and words never break.

TodayGoogle shows the page as "Home | Goodvibegallery", with no description.
InsteadEvery page has its own title and description, switched on the day you approve the site.
TodayYour hours and email are only on an Instagram flyer.
InsteadThey are on the visit page, the contact page and the footer of every page.
TodayThe domain sits at Wix, registered 2026-04-14 and expiring 2027-04-14, with no email set up on it.
InsteadWe move it to a registrar account in your own name before the plan renews, so it is always yours.

Your shop, with the Square reader you already use
Your counter runs on Square. The new site would sell from the same Square catalog, so there is one list of what is in stock, not two.
Square stays the source
Prices and stock live in your Square Dashboard, as they do today. The site reads them.
Buy opens Square's checkout
Buy and Book a seat open a checkout hosted by Square, in your name. On this preview they open a short note instead.
Sold is sold, everywhere
An original that sells at the counter shows Sold online, and the other way round.
Workshops count their seats
Each workshop is a Square item whose stock is its seats, and the site checks the seats before it takes a booking, so a full workshop stops selling.
Online card payments through Square's API: 2.9% + 30¢ each, with no monthly fee and no extra charge for the website's connection.

Inventory tracking and "mark sold out across channels" are listed as part of Square Plus, $49 a month per location; on Square Free they are listed as not included.

Consignment: each piece is tagged with its artist, and the site builds the payout report from your orders.

Before anything here is promised, we run a short test in Square's sandbox: a sold original goes to zero at once and the counter sees it, and a workshop stops at its seat count.
Two ways to start
You would be one of my first clients, and a gallery like yours doing well is good for my work too. So both options come at a first-client price, far below the list price.
Everything in this preview
The full Good Vibe site
The site you have just toured, made real on goodvibegallery.com.
List price
$7,500Your first-client price $2,000What you get
- Your design, made from your logo, colours and words
- Your artists and their art, with a page for every artist and every piece
- Explore the wall: every work on one wall you can drag around on a computer
- The shop on your own Square account, with one stock for the counter and the site
- Workshops and events with Book a seat, counting their seats
- The consign and newsletter pages
- The motion and the museum lighting
- An editor at /admin, so you change any word, photo, artist or event yourself
- Launch, and moving your domain out of Wix into your own name
A simpler start
The essentials
A clean, basic site that gets the gallery found and visited.
List price
$5,000Your first-client price $1,000What you get
- Your design and logo
- A home page
- Your artists and their art, with an Inquire button on every piece
- Events
- Visit, with your hours and address
- Contact
- An editor at /admin, so you change it yourself
- Launch, and moving your domain out of Wix into your own name
Not in the essentials
- The Square shop sync
- The motion and museum layer
- Explore the wall
Both are a starting point. We can shape the package and the scope together, so it fits what the gallery needs and what you want to spend.
Paying: Pay in one go, or split it however suits you.
Care after launch
Free for the first 3 months from launch then $99 a month
So the site keeps working while you run the gallery.
- Hosting, and the padlock (SSL) that keeps visits secure
- Security and software updates
- An uptime watch, so I know if the site goes down
- Backups
- A one-page report each month
- Up to 1 hour of changes a month
- Email on your domain, such as hello@goodvibegallery.com forwarding to your inbox, set up and kept working. A full mailbox would be yours to buy from the provider.
The details
What you pay others directly, what is not included, when it lands and one small ask.
Costs you pay directly
These go to the providers, in your own name, not to me.
- Your domain: a registrar's yearly renewal, typically low tens of dollars. I move it with you, well before its Wix registration ends on 2027-04-14. Once the site and the domain have moved, your Wix plan can lapse at its renewal.
- Square's card fees: 2.9% + 30¢ per online card payment, with no fee for the website's connection to Square (Square developer payments pricing).
- Square Plus, only if it is needed: $49 a month per location, if stock tracking across the counter and the site needs it (Square pricing).
Not included
- Photography
- Writing beyond the copy from one interview with you
- Paid advertising
- Square's plan and card fees (above)
- Paying consigning artists: the site builds the payout report, and you pay them
- More than two review rounds
- New pages or features after sign-off: I quote those first
Timeline
I aim for about 6 weeks from your yes to launch for the full site, if photos and answers come back within a few days. The essentials go sooner. For the full site, we set up the shop on your Square account and confirm it works in week one.
What I ask in return
One small ask, if you are happy with the site: a testimonial, a short case study after a few months, being a reference for a couple of future clients, and a place for the site in my portfolio.
How to say yes
Book a time to talk it through, or send me a note. Questions are welcome too.
